By now you may have heard that this season is The Year of Food and Crafts at Silver Dollar City, and that our incredibly creative Foods Team has researched, developed and perfected over 200 new menu items for you to explore throughout the season at all of the park’s various eateries and food showcase venues. There’s another exciting culinary development that we’re pleased to announce – a brand-new restaurant – Percy’s Southwest Grill!
Percy’s will debut when the park opens for Spring Ride Days on March 15, bringing a whole new flavor to the Midtown area of the park. Occupying the former Mary’s Springhouse location, Percy’s features an ultra-customizable menu full of fresh ingredients allowing you to craft your own masterpiece of southwest flavor.
