This Week In Photos December 14

The countdown to Christmas Day continues, as we're now less than two weeks away from the holiday!

December 25 will be here before you know it, but it's already Christmas here at Silver Dollar City and the Showboat Branson Belle. Each of our properties has been celebrating since early November, each with their own lights, shows and special experiences that thousands of guests have enjoyed this season!

If you haven't experienced Silver Dollar City's An Old Time Christmas® or the two Christmas cruises on the Showboat Branson Belle, our most recent installment of This Week In Photos will help you see exactly what you've been missing.

‍At Silver Dollar City, the Silver Dollar Saloon gang reacts during a dramatic moment in Frontier Fa-La-La Follies, a rollicking comedy show that is set in the Old West.
‍The Saloon girls — Miss Jo, Miss Belle and Miss Tilly — are introduced prior to the start of each show.
‍Miss Tilly takes a moment to share the story of Christmas with the audience.
‍A cast member dances during a performance of It's A Wonderful Life, an original musical adaptation of the classic Christmas movie.
The show tells the story of George Bailey, who finds redemption with the help of his guardian angel Clarence.‍
‍A cast member wears a costume representing Cairo, Egypt, one of the fabulous faraway places George Bailey sings about during the more than 10 musical numbers featured in the show.
‍Recently married, George and Mary Bailey hitch a ride to the train station.
Toy soldiers, some of the 45 costumed characters featured in Rudolph's Holly Jolly™ Christmas Light Parade make their way down Hugo's Hill Street.
‍If you haven't already shared your Christmas wishes with Santa Claus, be sure to visit soon! His last day on park is December 23, then it's back to the North Pole!
‍The Joyful Voices quartet sings Christmas carols on the Silver Dollar City Square.
‍Raggedy waves to the audience during a production of Tinker Junior's Toy Shop.
‍Ebenezer Scooge, left, is visited by the Ghost of Christmas Present during a hilarious scene in A Dickens' Christmas Carol.
‍A Broadway-style musical based on the classic Charles Dickens' novel, the show features many characters from the timeless tale — like the Cratchit family.
‍Scrooge faces his own mortality in a particularly dramatic scene.
‍The show features exquisite special effects and costumes — like this one, as a tombstone comes alive as Scrooge finds redemption in the show's climax.
‍Performers portraying Mary and Joseph admire their newborn baby during The Living Nativity, a dramatic portrayal of the birth of Christ.
‍The show transports your entire family to ancient Bethlehem, so you can experience what life might have looked like on that joyful night.
‍At the Showboat Branson Belle, two guests pose for a photo with Santa Claus following the conclusion of a Santa's Pancakes & PJs Cruise.
‍These limited-time holiday cruises feature special guests from Branson's Promised Land Zoo.
Cruises are filled with fun photo opps, and set sail every Saturday and Sunday morning through December 23.
Pre-show activities, like face-painting, begin one hour prior to cruise time.
‍The live stage show includes music, dancing and comedy — plus your favorite silly Christmas songs. Can you guess which song this is?
‍The show also features an incredible aerial acrobatic display...
‍... and a wide variety of dance moves.
‍Our performers wear their favorite Christmas jammies, and your family should too!
‍The Showboat Branson Belle is also home to an all-new Christmas variety show, which runs select days through December 23. Here, a Showboat Singer dons a winter costume for "White Christmas," one of several classic Christmas songs featured in the show.
‍The Showboat Dancers feign anger with each other during an exchange.
‍The powerhouse vocals of the Showboat Singers are prominently featured in the show, including during this moving tribute to our nation's veterans...
‍... and this arrangement of "Go Tell It on the Mountain."

Make plans to visit us soon! The Showboat Branson Belle's two Christmas cruises continue select days through December 23, while Silver Dollar City celebrates Christmas select days through December 30.
